I am extremely happy with my experience with the Wilmington Audio Advice team for purchase of a new audio system. Spencer was very patient with me as he talked through a variety of options based on my budget and location as to where the system would need to installed. Spencers knowledge and experience with so many types of audio equipment was incredible. We made an appointment for him to come out my house and see for himself what I was trying to do and what the limitations might be. He gave me a quote the next day based on what he saw my goals and expectations. The quote was spot on and I agreed to the order. The installation went flawless with Joe and Smoky. After the setup and calibration was complete, Spencer, Joe and Smoky all took their time showing my how the system components all tied and worked together to produce the stunning sound it was meant to do. I highly recommend you go see these guys!

The Audio Advice team was so responsive getting our TV installed done within a couple days. The service and professionalism was top-notch. I would highly recommend.

Thank You to the team in Wilmington, NC. I won't bore you with the whole terrible story but I called Spencer Druckrey right before Christmas and told him of my negative experience with Best Buy. He was very helpful and supportive despite being Christmas Eve!! Long story short he took my order and followed up with an install date. He was supportive and professional in sorting through what I wanted and needed and the pricing was very aggressive. Over the last 2 days the installation was completed led by Joe who was incredible. The job he and his team did was the best I have ever seen. His attention to detail is incredible. We could not be more pleased with the experience we've had with your team and the results. As the CEO of a large company myself I am envious of the great team you have assembled and the culture of customer satisfaction and partnership that you have. I strongly recommend this company. Truly first rate.

my wife and I recently moved to North Carolina and we’re struggling what to do with our Macintosh integrated amplifier powersource turntable, and CD player. We wanted to utilize our bookshelves next to our fireplace but needed to run power cords, speaker cords, and RCA cords through the back of our cabinets and fireplace. We made a visit to Audio lab and spoke to Patrick and Smoky showed some pictures of our project. We made an appointment for an assessment of what was needed to be done for the project. A few days later Patrick showed up to assess what needed to be done. Sent us a quote that day. We agreed to the quote. we were able to get service the following day. Smoky came out with his assistant and did a fantastic job. they performed all work needed, hooked up all our components and made sure that everything was working properly. Both were Very thorough and thoughtful. Highly recommend Audio lab.

We just moved into a new home and have had The Audio Lab here on 2 separate occasions to install and mount our TVs. Smokey & Tyler were both super knowledgeable and professional on both occasions!! They did a fabulous job and I would 100% recommend them💯
